RSVP Form for Club Luncheons

To RSVP for a luncheon, please fill in the fields below and click the "submit" button below when finished. This information will automatically be forwarded to our Treasurer. Each club luncheon is $25 for members, $30 for non-members, if paid at the door. Either rate is discounted by $5 if paid in advance. After completing this form, you will be re-directed to another page where you will have the option of paying in advance online by credit card.
